About both Villas

Welcome to Villa Candolim, the complex is composed of 2 bespoke and sumptuous villas namely Blue Villa and Yellow Villa, which both share a common swimming pool with Jacuzzi, cascading waterfall, garden and an air conditioned games room with a pool table. Located in a residential neighbourhood in a quite part of Candolim these villas are just 700 meters from Candolim beach. The villa has 24 hour security and a generator that provides 100% power back up. Each villa generously accommodates groups of up to ten visitors.

3 Bedrooms

Each of villa’s three ac bedrooms has been designed to ensure comfort and a full night of rest for each guest. Every room has a luxurious double bed, a full en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, wardrobe and dressing table. One of the many features that makes Villa Candolim stand apart are its large windows which illuminate the whole of the villa with sunlight.




3 Bathrooms

Each bathroom is en suite and contains hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with pressurised water supply with hot and cold water. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor.

Kitchen

The large interior kitchen comes equipped with all modern appliances such as KENT RO drinking water, cooking range, microwave, and fridge. Its inviting breakfast bar makes for quick and easy meals. There are built in cupboards and sleek countertops. Utensils and crockery are also provided. Iron, ironing board and washing machine are also provided.

Living Room

The sitting and dining areas have been decorated in a sophisticated old world style with traditional tile designs, white washed walls and contemporary furnishings. In the living room there is a TV with Tata sky and a coffee table and a collection of 80+ books for your perusal. Laptop (HP TouchSmart) with internet (nominal extra charge) is also available.

Garden

In addition to the poolside terrace, a secondary rooftop terrace is also furnished and boasts amazing views of the villa’s surroundings. There is a beautiful boat in the garden which has been used as a water feature. Parking is ample and gated within the property. CCTV Cameras on external grounds.

Swimming Pool

The irregular shaped swimming pool is at the centre of the blue and yellow villa and is shared by these 2 houses, along with the jacuzzi. There is plenty of outdoor patio furniture surrounding the swimming pool. The swimming pool closes at 8pm.

Housekeeping

The care taker lives behind the 2 villa and can aid you with shopping once a day. There will also be daily visits from a housekeeper who will look after the beautiful villa and clean it daily from 10am-1pm. Cooking can be arranged for a nominal fee. Towels and linens are changed twice a week.
